It's because I answered it a thousand times... I either use the gel part from the Elf eyebrow kit or use Bobbi Brown's Mahogany eyeshadow. X

Hi! I'm on the hunt for a new liquid eyeliner, & I do want a cheap one & I've bought an essence eyeliner about 3 months ago & I hated it, 'cause there was nothing coming out of it +yes before I bought it, I made sure it was sealed & it was. So how's ur essence eyeliner? Do u recommend it?x

For a liquid eyeliner, I recommend Lancome's Liner Plume.. It lasts for a long time and I've had it for a long time and it hasn't ran out. & honestly, my Essense's eyeliner was great! I use it for daily use instead of my Lancôme and it works fine. And I've had the same problem and all I did was store it upside down for a while and tada - good as new. So try storing it upside down!
