Salons and beauty shops in bahrain do real tattoos. You don't have to go to a different country to do it. There are also freelance tattoo artists who come to homes & the reason there aren't any 'tattoo parlors' is probably because theyre generally unhygienic, one of leading causes of HIV spread.
