First of all, you have to keep in mind that you don't get confidence overnight. It'll take time but every day, you grow into a much more stronger person. Go look in the mirror. Instead of pointing out your flaws and everything you hate, point out things you love. Remember that no one is perfect and even those models and celebrities you see everywhere, definitely have their insecurities but we can't see all of that from the photoshop and fabrication of the media. Walk with pride and purpose. Walk like you have somewhere to go. When talking to someone, make strong eye contact. Smile. A LOT. That'll make you happier and others around you too AND increase your confidence. The benefits of smiling are endless;) just be happy with yourself, there's no reason not to, baby gaal. xx chin up.
