Aw you seem cute! Put on loads of mascara and a white/flesh tone eyeliner in the inner corners to brighten your eyes and make them seem MUCH bigger and some black pencil liner in the upper waterline wouldn't hurt either!^-^ & For small lips, stay away from reaaally dark lipstick because they make them seem even smaller & thinner so what you can do it SLIGHTLY(don't go overboard) outline your lips with a neutral colored lip liner and then apply your lipstick over it. And apply a gloss on the centre of your lips:)xx
