Y3ni what goes around comes around.. if you do something bad to someone, eventually be9eedich nafs el shay.. Like if you make rumors about someone, you'll get rumors made about you. If you make fun of someone because of for example their acne or something, you'll eventually get acne.. Like think twice about you do things because it'll come back to you someday, somehow.

How to ger rid from pimples?
Use tea tree products(you can get them from body shop) and like pure tea tree oil on pimples before you sleep, drink a lot of water, don't eat a lot of rich or greasy or sugary foods, keep your face clean, don't touch your pimples and just the basic things!
