How much would roosterteeth have to pay you for you to sing the TOP rap live on stage at an RTX event sir?

Depends on where they want me to do it. I've never been paid to perform a song and I doubt that'd start now. I'll say it now, if RT flies me to London in October I'll perform TOP there.

You were pretty much already my favourite person at RT before RTX Sydney anyway, but I hope you know you made the weekend (or the year!) for so, so many fans!! Thank you for being so chill, the whole Roo Teeth internet is just Lil J love right now. You are amazing.

What's up with your hair color? On the Off Topic panel at RTX Sydney it was like bright purple, & the next day it wasn't even close to that

Something about the cameras made it look that way, which I'm fine with. The only reason I didn't redye before RTX Sydney was because I knew I would be sweating a lot, especially while wearing the Rimmy Tim mask. So the dye would have been running down my forehead constantly. Didn't seem worth it.

I recently watched the Cloud X minecraft. I do respect you guys a lot for having different opinions than I. But honestly it sometimes seems like your conservative viewers are just a big joke to you guys. Ive loved many jokes twards republicans over the years though.

The problem I have (and to be clear, I'm just speaking for myself, not the other five) isn't in conservative people. That is not who we joke about and essentially talk down to. It's the people who basically 'take sides' in our country. When we talk about serious issues their responses are "Trump won, get over it" or "well, it would have been worse with Hillary" rather than seeing the fault in their side and helping to fix it. The internet is full of them. People who don't care about our country, or pointing out when something is a problem, but just care about the fact that their side won. They exist on both the right and left. Not just with conservatives. Yes, we at AH are all liberals. I will not speak for the others, but I am pro-choice, pro-LGBT, and am very against any form of religion influencing education or national/state laws. So yes, when I think a poor decision was made, I'll joke about it. We're people just like you, you know? We're gonna talk about what we want to talk about in videos, and what's important to us, and our opinions are going to influence that talk. That might make some people uncomfortable who don't agree with us, but that's just how it works. Just like how people get mad if we talk bad about a game we don't like, but they do. We're not going to pretend we like it, and we're not going to just not acknowledge it.

Where did the Bayou voice come from?

Ilyveronicaa11’s Profile PhotoVeronica Fender
It started in New Orleans when Trevor, Matt, and myself went there for a Mafia III event. We joked about the possibility of retiring there and become old men that floated around the bayou on rafts, spreading bizarre wisdom. The bayou voice is the one we used while joking about it. Most of the jokes came from Trevor on the drive home from the airport, like "every story ends with being deathrolled by a crocodile."

What's stopping you guys from just always doing face cam in videos? I love seeing your reactions to things!

Doing facecam is not really a hindrance for the main six at all. It's literally one more button to hit, and a little adjusting before the video. However, the real pain is for the editors. It's another video file that needs to be burned into the video, edited in their own way, and of course its more footage that we have the possibility of losing. Things like Let's Watch are easy, because that's now two video feeds. But multicams means that now there's 12 video feeds between webcams and game, and that makes it a huge pain for the editors. They have to churn out so much content for two channels every week that we just choose not to pile that on.

Hey Jeremy, just shy of a year ago I started to get into writing a science fiction novel. Many times have come where I've lost the motivation to continue. What advice do you have for me to get back on track regards to my writing, and to be able to produce something id be proud of? (Loving Go Nitro).

Writing is really difficult. Especially because you can hit waves of writer's block. What I do is set aside time to write and say to myself "I'm going to finish two chapters tonight" and then sit down and really do it. The general rule that I find, however, is that if you are getting bored writing it, people will probably get bored reading it. So keep that in mind if you're finding it difficult, and if that's the case, choose another way to write it that makes it more enticing.

What's the process behind canceling a series? How many views/likes/etc. does it need to generate?

There's no set number to determine if a show gets cancelled or not. Basically if a show generates videos that consistently get over a million views, it absolutely wont get cancelled. Over 500,000, it will probably never get cancelled. Around 200,000 and lower is the danger zone. Other big factors are the time it takes to create the show, and if we even enjoy making it. Things like Minecraft can be pretty tedious for us, but it performs very well, so we keep it around.

Hi jeremy , I was rewatching one of the off topics . and tou said you smoke cigars . What's your favorite kind ? And how often do you smoke them ? BTW it's awesome that your wafe let's you smoke in the house

I enjoy Romeo and Juliets. I'm not really a connoisseur. I also haven't had a cigar in probably over a year at this point. I used to just smoke them with my friends around campfires.

I know you've said you want to produce an album in the future, I'm looking to do that myself, what musical inspirations do you use creating music, what do you listen to a lot and do you try and emulate any sounds?

Old school Linkin Park is a big inspiration for the music I write. Adelitas Way and Three Days Grace also play a role.

What are the ways that you can work at/for AH or RT and what are the chances of that happening? I am still in high school, but I want to guide a path towards that if it's in reach. It'd be cool to work with/for the people that inspire me.

Find a job you specifically want to do and practice that constantly. If it's AH, then record gameplay, commentate, and edit videos all the time and upload the products. If it's live action, buy a cheap camera and make and edit videos with your friends, then upload the products. Make it obvious to RT and AH that you enjoy what you're doing and have a lot of practice doing it.
