If it's an Imaginary Achievement, I read every single one. Anything else, I'll graze them every so often to see what the general feeling is. Rather than be insulted, I try and grab some information about what to improve in the future.

What were you feeling when Geoff wanted to hire you as an Achievement Hunter?

He threw the idea around to me while I was helping out for a week. It's something I've worked towards for years, so when he actually hired me at RTX, I was beside myself. It's a weird feeling to have a massive goal that you're working towards, and then have the weight lifted when you achieve it. All I could do when Geoff hired me was laugh.

It was, just because we bought a house 3 months before I was hired. Other than that I enjoyed the drive down. Good music and great weather.

Where is a good way to start making community videos

Talk to established Community Hunters. They're all willing to walk you through the process and most will commentate with you on videos. Also do videos you enjoy, regardless of how old the game is. If you like it, it will come through in your performance.

The same as my favorite part of any other job. The people. The best part is coming in knowing that I'm going to laugh at some point.

It's important not to take it to heart. It's not worth trying to work in this field if you don't have thick skin. Basically try and grab as much constructive stuff from it as you can and move on

Something artistic. Whether it's playing music, drawing, writing, singing, or even acting. Just pick something, see what's fun, and give it your all if you like it enough.
