Well I can't speak for Matt. But about 6 months after I started making videos, Geoff and Gavin mentioned my video in a TTD. And then a year and a half later of consistently making content I got hired

We're trying to start a new show/fun thing called The Stream Team with Trevor, Matt, and myself every Tuesday, which will be a lot of fun. But I will start streaming in my spare time as well. I just haven't decided on a good game to stream, yet.
