I highly doubt it. I did a crazy amount of work for several years just to get this job. I love editing, I love recording, and I love the people I work with. There isn't really much else I could want in a job. Maybe if it was a similar job, but the pay was ridiculously high. That would call for consideration

Editing question: when you're editing a Let's Play with 6 video tracks and 6 audios, I get how you line up audio with video, but how do you cut between screens while keeping in sync with everyone's audio? Like if you cut to Ray's screen 1 second off while Gav is talking, it gets out of sync.

I use Adobe Premiere to edit, and basically you sync up all 6 pieces of footage with the audio, and then nest the sequence. This makes it so you can then multicam edit the footage, so you can seemlessly switch between the 6 pieces of footage without ever losing the audio sync. It's kind of tough to explain without being able to show... but trust me its fairly simple once you know what you're doing.

in the lets build you mentioned you were in a marching band? was this in highschool? what other extra curriculars did you do?

It was in it for two years in highschool. Another year I did football instead, but broke my leg pretty early into the season. And all four years I competed on and was the captain of our gymnastics team. That was about it

When you first started making community videos did you use a Windows PC for editing and then have to switch to Apple when you got hired? Because if I remember RT and AH all uses Macs

I've always used a PC. Geoff, Jack, Lindsay, Joel, and Caleb use macs. Everyone else I can think of at RT uses a PC

They're all extremely easy to get along with. I guess I'd say Ray because he got to AH exactly the same way I did, so it's easy to relate. But Geoff is also very easy to chill and have a drink with.

Keeps tracks of every achievement hunter and when they are in and out. Keeps track of every video we need to put out and what phase of production it's in. Keeps track of times set aside for recording. And that's just part of her job... so she does a lot.
