your opinion on protein supplements and creatine? Like people think they need to take it to get big..... in an episode of go/vs michael has a tub of whey (maybe creatine?) on his desk.i personally dont like creatine becaus ei hod 10 pounds in water and piss every 3 minutes
I drink whey protein powder after I work out. Great source of extra protein, but I wouldn't say it's necessary

what's your opinion on the use of steroids in bodybuilding
I don't give a shit about what people decide to do to themselves. Personally, I might not be happy with how big I am muscle-wise, but I am happy with how big I am crotch-wise... and also I like not being angry about nothing. So I will not be taking steroids any time soon.
