What the difference between A woman and THE woman? Thankyou

"A woman" is just a singular woman. "The woman" is also singular, but it's talking about a specific woman.
For example,
"I met A woman on the way to Starbucks." (At this point in the sentence, I am telling you that I met only one woman.) "THE woman had a tattoo of the Heart Pirates' jolly roger on her wrist." (I am talking specifically about THE woman I met on the way to Starbucks, not just any woman.)
If this is still unclear, take a look at this article: http://bit.ly/1j1Ys5g

It's been so long since we last (see/ seen/ saw) each other. explain.

"It's been so long since we last SAW each other."
Without getting into a long explanation about the present perfect tense (which you can learn about here: http://bit.ly/SfhQiW; Topic 2 addresses your issue), just memorize this:
"... since we last" + simple past.
- I have mastered martial arts since we last FOUGHT.
- You have improved greatly since we last COMPETED against each other.
- Paris has changed dramatically since we last VISITED.

I earthly do not know about that. Is this sentence correct ?!

"Earthly" means "belonging to this earth (as opposed to heaven)," so it makes no sense in that sentence. "I genuinely do not know about that," "I honestly do not know about that," or some other similar sentence would make much more sense.

can u suggest on what kind of manga should i read or specific the title . Sorry im a beginner

Our favorite manga are (in no particular order) "One Piece," "Naruto," "Tokyo Ghoul" (and "Tokyo Ghoul:re"), "One-Punch Man," "Assassination Classroom," "Shingeki no Kyojin" (Attack on Titan), and "Hunter x Hunter." We read many others, but those are the ones we read (and re-read) religiously. As with all books, once you begin to read a few manga, you'll discover your own favorites. Have fun! 👍

do/does anxiety and insecure mean the same thing?

"Do 'anxiety' and 'insecure' mean the same thing?" The answer is no. "Anxiety" is a noun; "insecure" is an adjective. "Anxious" is the adjective form of "anxious," and even then, it's not the same as "insecure." "Anxious" means worried, nervous, and fearful. "Insecure" means unconfident. For example, you are anxious about tomorrow's big exam. You are insecure about your ability to do well.

Ask someone ''you're okay?'' instead of ''are you okay?'' is it correct? When I'm watching TV series, I see people doing similar stuff like this.

"Are you okay?" is fine. "You okay?" is also fine.
On the other hand, "You're okay?" is awkward. It would be something that you would ask if you were surprised/shocked that someone was okay. For example, "I just punched you 50 times in the face! You're okay? How is that possible? What kind of monster are you?"

what's the meaning of 'insecure' ?

If you're talking about a person, it means "lacking self-confidence." For instance, an insecure person might constantly doubt their talent, beauty, intelligence, etc.
If you're talking about an object, it means "lacking in security or safety." For example, an insecure building might be an easy target for thieves, terrorists, etc.
