What's the meaning of "couldn't care less?"

It means that you really don't care. You don't care at all. You have zero interest or concern.
Henry: Did you know that Chicken McNuggets are on sale today?
Nan: I couldn't care less. I don't like McDonald's.

how to differentiates between there, they're,and their on the speak ?

They are all pronounced the same, so it's tricky. You just have to pay attention to the context of the sentence.
- They're over there.
- Their cat, over there, is the reason why they're so miserable these days.
As long as you get really familiar with how to use those words, you'll be able to them apart.
Good luck. (⌒ ͜ʖ⌒)-b

How can you assure us that the facts you're stating are true?

Hmmm ... we'll try to make this answer as short as possible. if English teachers all across America make posters of our Tumblr posts and use them in lessons, if actual university professors ask us grammar-related questions on Twitter, and if a major book company wants us to write books for them, then I think it's safe to say that you can trust us. Our reputation has been built on the loyal and appreciative support of 500,000+ "YUNicorns" on Tumblr, Twitter, and Medium. Many of them are newspaper editors, professors, dictionaries, style guides, teachers, and grammarians. They would know if we were faking it.
Just because we write a lot about K-pop, anime, and other non-academic subject matter doesn't mean that we don't know what we're talking about. (It just means that we are regular people who are fans too.)
TL;DR: Check us out on Tumblr, Twitter, and Medium. (All of the links are in our profile.) Browse through our answers here on ask.fm. If our posts are wrong, confusing, or boring, then let us know. We'll gladly refer you to dozens of other excellent sites.
Thanks for the honest question. ✌️

What does 'back it up' mean in your previous answer? I heard a youtuber said it once but i didnt get what it mean

"Back it up" means "support it with evidence or proof": If you think reading manga is a waste of time, back it up with proof or data.
In computer talk, it can also mean "make a copy of it": If you're going to format a hard drive, I would back it up first.

Three years passed but i am still got my body curves and all my edges, Is that correct? Thanks!

"Three years have passed, but I still have all my curves" would be fine. ("All my edges" sounds like a reference to hair.)

"What kind of music do you like?" Or "what kinds...."

They're both fine, but you're likely to get different responses:
Henry: What kind of music do you like? (Singular)
Peter: Death metal.
Henry: What kinds of music do you like? (Plural)
Nan: I like K-pop, techno, and alternative rock.

when we should use make and we should use makes?

"Make" → present tense for I, you, we, they, and plural nouns:
- We make pancakes every Sunday morning.
- Teachers at the local high school make their students take tests every Friday.
- You make me happy.
"Makes" → present tense for he, she, it, and singular nouns:
- Nan makes Henry walk Chewie every day.
- Peter makes his nephews brush their teeth for three minutes.
- Watching a sad movie makes Nan cry.
