"all these people" or "all these peoples"?

99% of the time, you'll use "all the people." ("People" is the plural of "person.")
"Peoples" = people who share a common culture, history, etc.:
- All the native peoples of Canada originally came from Asia thousands of years ago.
- The indigenous peoples of America are now commonly referred to as "Native Americans" (not "Indians").

when we use going and when we use gonna? and is my question correct? thankyou :)

"Gonna" is informal/slang. It means "going to": I'm gonna ask her out on a date. I'm gonna die if I can't listen to the new EXO album.
Do not use "gonna" in essays or other formal writing; do not use it in formal conversations either.

What is the meaning of "that i am" in this quote " im tired of people not treating me like the gift that i am"?

That's from G-Dragon's Instagram! ^^
That quote basically means "I am a gift, and I'm tired of people not appreciating me."

How do you pronounce 'queue' ? Is it plain q followed 4 silent letters or que (k) followed 2 silent letters ? Thanks :)

It is pronounced like the letter Q [kyoo].

What's the meaning of 'flat-out'?

Complete, absolute, downright:
- She told a flat-out lie to the teacher.
- That model is flat-out beautiful.
- Her latest book was a flat-out stinker.
It can also mean "moving or working at top speed or with maximum effort; all-out":
- Although the team ultimately lost, the players gave a flat-out effort.

full of excitements or full with excitements? what is the difference?

"Full OF excitement" is the correct expression. It means "very exciting":
- Henry's birthday party was full of excitement, so everyone stayed until the very end.
- Peter hopes that 2015 will be full of excitement.
However, we say "crammed WITH excitement," "sparking WITH excitement," "bursting WITH excitement," etc.
This is one of the main reasons why English is so tricky (and seemingly random).

How to make sentences using 'rather' ???

- Nan would RATHER sleep than mow the lawn.
- Henry would RATHER go to London on holiday than Pyongyang.
- Would you RATHER dance with me or buy me dinner?
- Peter is RATHER happy that it's Friday. ("Rather" = to a certain extent or degree)
- Nan has been acting RATHER funny today. ("Rather" = to a certain extent or degree)

I still care or i'm still care? when we use i'm?

"I still care" is right, e.g., I still care about our friendship.
"I'm" = I am:
- I'm your friend.
- I'm going to the beach.
- I'm the best singer in my family.

"i still haven't called him". why after haven't, they use "called" instead of "call"

After has, have, hasn't, haven't, and had, we use the past participle. The past participle of "call" is "called."
Here are some more examples:
- I still haven't finished my essay. (The past participle of "finish" is "finished.")
- We haven't eaten breakfast yet. (The past participle of "eat" is "eaten.")
- They still haven't done their homework. (The past participle of "do" is "done.")

Are you a Directioner? Do you feel affected that Zayn finally left One Direction? And are you guys from the UK?

1. No.
2. It's unfortunate, but as long as Zayn is happy, nothing else should matter. Directioners should get 100% behind Zayn and the rest of the 1D lads. The massive worldwide fandom should come together with an outpouring of love, appreciation, and support.
3. No. We live in America.

what's the different between dorprize and doorprize?

"Dorprize" is not a valid word. :-P
A "door prize" is "a prize awarded by lottery to the holder of a ticket purchased or distributed at a dance, party, or other function."

I am horrible with "use" and "used". I am so bad at it, I now hesitate to tweet or send important emails. Can you please explain when/how I am supposed to use the word? For example: "I used to be a fan" or "I use to do that but..." and etc etc. Thank you!!

No problem. The answer is pretty simple. You will ALMOST NEVER use "use to."
- I use to be fluent in Spanish. → ❌
- I USED to be fluent in Spanish. → ✔
- Henry use to talk in his sleep. → ❌
- Henry USED to talk in his sleep. → ✔
- Nan is use to receiving lots of fan mail. → ❌
- Nan is USED to receiving lots of fan mail. → ✔
Here are some cases when you will use "use to":
- This pen is what Henry will USE to sign autographs.
- Which stylus does Peter USE to draw on his iPad?
Think of "use to" as "use in order to." If the sentence doesn't work with "use in order to," then you need "used to."

what does "people are named after storm" mean? ty

Hmm ... we've never heard of this idiom before. Are you sure it's not the other way around, as in "Storms are named after people"?
It's common knowledge that storms are given human names:
- Hurricane Katrina
- Hurricane Andrew
- Cyclone Nargis
- Tropical Storm Thelma
- Super Typhoon Nina
