“Its not easy to please everyone” What does it means?

It means that it's hard to make everyone happy with what you do or say.
For example, the president of a large country will find it impossible to please everybody in the country. Everything he does or says will always upset some people.

I missed you/ I miss you? thanks!

"I missed you" means that you no longer miss them ("I missed you while you were in Europe") or that you didn't get to meet someone ("I missed you when I stopped by your office yesterday"). It's past tense.
"I miss you" means that you are away from someone you love RIGHT NOW and you want to be with them, e.g., I miss you so much; please come home soon.

happy teacher's day or happy teachers' day ?? tq..

Holidays are tricky because they don't always make sense. For example, it's Veterans Day (no apostrophe) but Presidents' Day.
It seems that most countries call it Teachers' Day, but some countries might call it Teacher's Day (or even Teachers Day).

I always afraid to show my short stories to anyone. I thought typos and grammatical errors always there. Where could I definitely check any mistakes in my story?

Although it can be scary to show your writing to others, having other people read your work is one of the BEST ways to improve. In our writing tips (http://bit.ly/1rOMbVx), we list it as tip #5.
If you absolutely don't want anyone to look at your work, then we suggest using Grammarly: https://www.grammarly.com
(The thing about websites or software is that it's never going to be 100% accurate. Some of them are really bad.)
Good luck. ^^

what's the difference between "What do you waiting for?" and "What are you waiting for?" ?

"What do you waiting for?" is wrong. "What are you waiting for?" is right. ^^

What is the meaning of pleasure. Can you explain that?

Younghusna’s Profile PhotoNur
"Pleasure" = something or someone that gives happiness:
- Nan finds pleasure in baking (and eating) cookies.
- Life's greatest pleasure is spending time with friends and loved ones.
"Pleasure" can also be a part of "My pleasure" (or "It was my pleasure"), which is a more formal way of saying "You're welcome."
Nan: Thanks for picking up the dry cleaning.
Henry: My pleasure.

"This might be it". What it does mean actually?

It can mean two things:
1. (Literally) This could be what we're talking about, looking for, etc.
Nan: Have you found Campbell Hall yet?
Henry: This might be it.
2. (Figuratively) This might be the end of our relationship, a career, etc.
Peter: That band's latest album is really terrible; it's even worse than the last one.
Henry: Yeah, this might be it for them.
