What is the difference between make a course and do a course?!

"Make a course" suggests that you are creating a class for school.
"Do a course" suggests that you are taking a class for school.
"Complete a course" is much better: Jo completed a course in accounting.

"Ego" is singular: Jo's mean comments hurt my ego. "Egos" is plural: Jo's means comments hurt our egos.
"Keeping" is the present progress tense, which describes a continuing action, something going on now: Your anger (right now) is keeping us from being happy.
"Keep" is the present tense, and in this example, it indicates an action that is factual or habitual—something that occurs in the present but that is not necessarily happening right now: Your anger and bad attitude (all the time) keep us from being happy.
