how do you eat/increase consumption while staying so lean and slim??

By increasing your metabolism! The more you eat the higher the possibility your metabolism would increase, and with a higher metabolism you can def eat more and maintain at the same weight! I eat 3000+ cals everyday and I don't think I'm obese yet haha - so calories don't matter, really

Isn't the purpose of eating = to fill up your hunger??? Why don't you wanna feel full ? it's legitly the best feeling on earth after being hungry for the longest time ever hahaha and really, eating more (and more carbs) definitely made me taller

Definitely more than 1 tablespoon lol and i don't stop at one slice so I definitely have more protein than that! Plus i eat clif bars too and they have protein, and sometimes tofu too
