don't restrict what u eat, it's not v good for your body!!! practice intuitive eating, which means eat what your body craves for and whatever u feel like eating :) plus, it's not like the bloat will go away just bc you restrict! trust me, just maintain and eat normally, then it will take some time for your body to get used to it, and bloating will soon go away. dont be impatient :)

ummmm try eating charcoal pills? it helps bring down the bloat!! but only temporary, unfortunately :( it will go away soon once your body is used to the amount of food you're eating!! have u been eating enough though?
