Why would u want to include bread in ur diet? Bread is not gluten free and unhealthy :(

Why would i need to be gluten-free when my stomach and body have no problems with it! Yes i know bread is not considered 'wholefoods' but I only eat them bc i love them and they are convenient carbs

No i dont but i bought it before i became vegan. After i became vegan i stopped buying genuine leather product or any wool sort of product. Just throwing away a wallet made up of cow's skin after being vegan doesn't do anyone or anything good. Since i've already bought it I should use it all the way until it's torn/spoilt.

But do u think the portion is very big? Because I always had it for dinner and I eat it at one go...

Not really, i probably wouldnt be half full even if i finished the whole thing for dinner hahaha

How are they fattening babe! I eat shit tons of rice everyday (not even kidding) for lunch and dinner - about 3 servings for lunch and dinner EACH and i'm not even obese yet! Carbs dont make u fat dear

Yup why not! I'd eat them more often if they were more filling hahahah rice > breads for me definitely.

How much bread do u eat on a daily basis?

I only have them more often on days i don't have leftover rice for lunch, so if i don't have packed rice to bring to school I can eat two slices of bread w cereal for breakfast and 4 more for second breakfast, then lunch

I'm eating all that Everyday too just that I avoid rice and meat...

i'm trying really hard to regain my period by trying to eat more, but i feel that i eat well now (eat when I'm hungry, and stop when i'm full). maybe stop exericising as intensely? but even then, it's only 30 min. of HIIT w/ some jumproping

hi cheryl! u know like vegans eat vegetables right, do they cook them or just cut them up and eat it raw? (: and are vegetables cooked with oil healthy for u? bc that's how my mom always cook vegetables for the household haha and there're a lot of asian oils/sauces added idk it's unhealthy right?

Hahaha just cook it the way you want it?? There's no right or wrong thing to do when it comes to cooking haha just eat it :) hmmm I haven't eaten raw veggies for a loooooong time and most of my food are ladened with oil so yup!!
