Could you elaborate more on your experience? Because despite being on a veg lifestyle, I still have binge episodes like today. It seems like everytime I binge eat when I am watching youtube videos like running man etc. My stomach also gets very bloated and it's hard to eat more food for dinner...

Hmm it was a bad experience bc i remember hating it so much! But it only happened when i was obviously under-carbed, i wasnt eating enough I guess so naturally my body tried telling me that I needed more by giving me the urges to binge and eat more food haha. Just make sure you're carbed up and eating enough to stop the binge! :)

Cheryl!! I want to say you are one of the few who inspire me to not eat meat!! now I am trying to not consume any meat except for fish but I am still a beginner so I will try not to consume any meat like chicken and pork and beef except fish!! even my mom approves it and encourage me to do it!! yay
