HAHA i don't exactly have a schedule though.......like during school days (for now) i've an hour of SPE (skilled PE) every monday and currently i'm playing tennis for this module!! :-) on tuesdays i've an hour of CPE (conditioning PE) which requires us to run a lot...........and do some exercises like leg raises, crunches, pull-ups, push-ups etc.
other than that i like to lift dumbbells at home (but only 5kg zzz) when i'm free!!
