Yeahhh. I guess racism is just smth that we asians need to deal with if we stay in aus :( i feel like theyre not so accomodating. so ya, whats wrong with living in sg? :( i heard it can be stressful, right? but i think thats more preferable to getting racism in aus?

i didn't say there's anything wrong with living in sg, it's just personal preference i guess. I don't like living in busy cities

Have you accidentally ate something non vegan like fish/meat etc? What will you do if you are in a situation like this?

yep! i accidentally 'ate' jellyfish once. I didn't ingest it but ALMOST - i spat it out just in the nick of time. Honestly there's nothing much you can do, so just accept it and move on! just be more careful next time

Why do people mind being a housewife?

i mind because i don't wanna sit around at home and do nothing all day...or spend my entire life at home watching over my kids bc that sounds too boring

Did you face a lot of racial discrimination in your school?

Sometimes yeah. Like if I'm the only asian in the group sometimes I don't feel like they bother engaging me in the conversation or discussion etc. But it's fine I guess! Still coping

Do most Asians in Aussie/from your school just hang out with other Asians? And is it difficult to blend in with the locals there? I m planning to head to aus and after reading your dayre I m quite scared that I'll have to cope with discrimination..

Yep! Most asians hang out with asians because it's more comfortable I guess...but then again some might feel like they want more 'cultural exposure' so they refuse to hang out with other asians. Both seem fine to me honestly. I think it's just more difficult to blend in when you're in a small state where asians are less seen, like tasmania. Otherwise I feel like the people in melbourne are so much more friendly and approachable..probably because there are way more asians there.
