Vegan pasta recipe pls hehe
Avocado pasta:
1. Boil pasta of choice (for this i usually use linguine cos i feel like it works best) in a pot of salted water
2. While pasta is cooking, either choose to blend or mash avocados (with a fork). I usually use 2.5 avocados if I'm cooking for 2 pax. For one I'll probably use 2!
3. Add black pepper, garlic/garlic powder, a bit of onion powder, basil (so it will taste like pesto; otherwise just opt it out), chilli flakes* and a bit of salt! At this point I like to add parsley as well, but its optional.
4. Add a bit of olive oil and blend/mix again.
5. In another frying pan, sautée some white mushrooms and season with salt and black pepper. You may add anything else u like in your pasta too: like cherry tomatoes, corn, or spinach etc.
6. Once pasta is done cooking, pour them into the frying pan and mix well. Pour the avocado sauce all over and tadah! You're ready to eat
