Yup heard before since few years ago! I think her workouts are super effective bc so many girls have super toned bodies after that HAHA but nah i don't do her workouts bc i know i can't commit to it and im too lazy to do any workouts ?

Umm....not really. Unless if you aren't easily bored like me HAHAHA and if you prefer a more relaxed f&b environment. Most of the time it's quite empty in the restaurant. The staff and colleagues are nice but they are all mostly over 30s so if you want a fun working environment with younger people it's not your kind of job! I left the place after a month mostly because I didn't really enjoy myself working there HAHA. I'm the type of person who gets bored easily so the long hours really drove me nuts (10 hours a day). And also maybe because I don't live near the restaurant, so the more I was reluctant to go for work. On the good side, you get $8/hr PLUS two meals provided - you get to take however much you want (the chefs will cook and leave it at the back, so it's like a mini buffet with two dishes + rice). And you get to see lots of vegans around (which was really nice to see), talk to them sometimes, and you get to know nice colleagues. :)

Yes! About 30% carbs, and almost fat-free. Its a good hclf food! But sadly i dont like yams hahahaha

Yup as long as you aren't vegan! Um normally i use frozen bananas + mango/raspberries/spinach/kale (depending on what i feel like having) + water/oat milk/soy milk + oats (if i want a thick smoothie) + superfoods (also depends on my mood hahahaha i choose between acai, maca and baobab powder) + pysllium husk (sometimes) + chia seeds ?

Someone I know personally + I can get along with + someone I don't feel awkward being together with hahahaha. Nah, if I can't stand personalities of some people I would just stop talking to them tbh. Cos i dont rly see a point in 'pretending' to be friends so yup I'd rather be upfront and ignore the person hahaha. So if I can't stand them we wouldnt even be friends, much less close friends!

Hahahaha I was quite reluctant to go at first (but duh ive no choice right haha) cos I was already used to being in an all-girls school after four years in kc and after sec school I preferred girls school bc I didn't see a need to have guys around haha. It was quite weird to see guys around the school and not being able to act "like a guy" anymore. Like i could no longer change clothes in class or like sit like a guy anymore HAHA sobs. Anyway. There's no choice but to accept it so i just regarded the guys as normal human beings. Thats all HAHA
