Not sure. Maybe you just wont get a scholarship. But its best to check with the uni you're applying for. Whatever it is, don't treat overseas studying as the "easy way out" because some foundation program can be hard too. All the best for your results!

Nope I don't think its compulsory! Its like, extra lessons if u wanna improve I guess. It's costly though IMO....you can just study by yourself.
