You won't get your period until you're in a healthy weight range, so just eat more and gain weight so that you can have it back! It's unhealthy to not have period

Theres no 'normal' or 'abnormal' portion sizes as long as you eat enough! Just eat whatever amount you like, you shouldn't stop just because it's 'more than normal' :)

So boil the soy milk then put oats?? Or put oats into boiling water then add soy milk?

Nono! Just boil oats and soy milk together :)
