Why vegan, why not vegetarian?
Because vegetarians still eat eggs, dairy and honey. Basically still things that don't belong to us. I used to LOVE eggs hahahaha. Until I realised that eggs are hen's periods.....and the way the speaker (in the video I watched) said it, it was just disgusting. I couldn't see eggs the same way again LOL. For cow's milk, why take their milk when we're not baby cows LOL. For honey....they are bees' vomit HAHA.

Some of us don't see why it's wrong because society has taught us that since we were born. Since birth, haven't we been told that "meat gives you protein", "fishes are good for your brain", "carbs don't have a lot of nutrients" and blah.....because preceding generations have lived that way and so it will never be regarded as something wrong. If we have always been taught that something's correct, we'll grow up to believe that it is. And when we become parents, we would tell the same thing to our children. If you hear something long enough, you'll grow up to believe it. Laws are just made by humans and ordinary people like you and I. And if animals are meant to kill animals, why is it wrong for humans to kill humans?

every animal dies. its just like being predated on. except that in their case. its on a much larger scale. and instead of killing them straight off. we breed them and keep them in captivity. killing animals isnt really the worst part about the livestocks but the restriction of their freedom. imo.
Yeah, they deserve their freedom. And even though some people may say that animals have predator-prey relationships, I don't think it's a good reason for us to be predators too. :/

It's not rly a matter of fact whether we can digest it well or not, but it's a fact that animal meat is carcinogenic and illnesses like cancer and heart diseases only come from the consumption of meat, dairy and eggs. (There's this 348 pages of book called The Starch Solution, which showed many evidences and studies on it.) Basically humans can eat anything and everything they want, it's just a matter of how badly the consequences can get afterwards.

Nope!!!! I've always wanted to be a vegan haha since last year!! But from the start I thought I'd be vegan once I become an adult (because it's easier) and I stopped eating meat except seafood (pescetarian heh) since exactly three months ago!! Then in less than 3 months I turned vegan :)
