hey cheryl, where do you buy orange fleshed sweet potatoes? I have been wanting them for a really long time but I can't seem to differentiate from the outside the colour of the flesh inside. The yellow fleshed ones are so dry :/
Haha i don't get fresh ones bc honestly i'm not a huge fan of sweet potatoes! I only like those roasted ones hahahaha so i got the frozen ones (organic sweet potato slices) from cold storage / ntuc finest! :)

Nope!!! Usually i just take like 5-10 mins taking my photos then another 5 mins filming then 5 mins filtering and uploading on IG!!! And usually i filter + edit when I'm eating my meal so its all good :)) plus if the food looks bad i wouldnt uploaded it so...hahahahah ya as long as the food looks presentable i would upload, if not then no. Nothing to stress about! ?

Not necessarily! Unless if you're under-carbed and eating less than you're supposed to. Vegans do lose weight after transitioning only when they exercise regularly and most importantly eat healthier choices! Don't be a junk food vegan like me ?

Around 3-4kg! Quite a lot actually HAHAHA cos its in 2 months!
Did u gain weight on vegan diet?
Yup! Definitely, since i'm eating a lot of carbs and fats (not supposed to eat High Fat if you wna be healthy actually) but then again it's normal to gain at the start! The weight gain may happen for up till 6 months or sometimes even 2-3 years but it's okay since your body needs time to adjust and speed up the metabolism :)
