And. Lemme rephrase my stand. I feel. That the majority of a person's happiness is conjured up by someone's hardwork and sacrifice, in todays world. Ahah. Isit right now. HAHAHAHA

Also. Like i said before tat. It may not be a 1 to 1 thing. Like its possible tat 1 person's sacrifice can bring happiness to 500 ppl. But at the end of the day. There will still be unhappy ppl. And its all bcos someone else wants to be happy.
We all know that life is unfair. People say that the grass is always greener on the other side, but sometimes the grass is only greener on where you water it.
Its true tat happiness come from within, most of the time. But ur environment probably determines ur happiness for more than 50% of the time. The fact tat most of ur happiness stems from someone else's sacrifice is enuf to show that one's happiness comes from someone else's unhappiness.
No one ever said that happiness comes from another's sacrifice but I guess if you want happiness then just do whatever makes you happy. If you aren't happy in your environment, then change it! Okay you may think that (for example) the food that someone eats comes from the hard work of a farmer. That's true but, how can you be so sure that the farmer won't find joy in his work? And it's not free labour.
U listen to music. Watch dramas. Unless those people hu made the music and acted in the drama love wat they are doing, they are probably unhappy when they are working. Also. Wadeva machine u used probably came from a factory tat pays very little to their workers. Or mayb not. But someone gotta work.

Aside from sun-tanning. Which is done with the use of the sun. The other 2 does stem from someone's hardwork isnt it. I mean. U eat. But where did ur food come from? U are vegan rite? HAHAHA i still cant blieve omg. So u eat veg? Someone gotta farm it rite. Tat guy probably isnt happy.
Whether that farmer is happy/unhappy, it's only entirely up to your assumption :) Like I said, happiness is ephemeral. It's entirely up to people whether they want to be happy with what they have. No one's going to be happy for life. Yes, perhaps 50% of the world's population can be happy but 50% unhappy at the same time. But you can't assume that happiness comes with a cost of someone else's happiness, because that's obviously not true.
Hmmm. How bout u give me an example of a kind of happiness tat u can gain tat is not bcos someone else is unhappy. Or something else is unhappy.
Why not? Eating my favourite food won't make anything or anyone unhappy. Sun tanning makes me happy but it wouldn't make others unhappy. Listening to music, sleeping, watching dramas make me happy. And they don't come with a cost :)
When one gains happiness. Someone else loses happiness. It may not a one to one kinda trade off. And it may even be an animal being upset. But when a group of creatures is happy. It sure means tat another is not. Bcos animals get most or all of their happiness through another's loss.

Achieve happiness? Hmmm Have u ever thought bout why there are always people who are unhappy? I mean. I feel tat Happiness is like money. People try their whole life to gain happiness. Trying all sorts of ways to gain happiness jus like money. And most importantly. --
Happiness can be found in the simplest of things actually. It's only when materialism steps in, people regard money as happiness

Actually. No. Everyone doesnt deserve happiness. Happiness is something that u fight for. Its not so much about whether u deserve it but more of whether u can get it. HAHAHA.
Hmm instead of "something you fight for" I guess it's more like something you achieve along your journey (of life). Happiness is not fixed, it's not a destination but more of a direction. It's ephemeral I believe ?
Why happiness? Happiness stops people from growing. It stops people from improving themselves bcos they will be satisfied and contented with what is already present. And. There are many many people in this world who doesnt deserve happiness.HAHAHA
