Oo so coincidental! I did a blood test out of curiosity hahaha cos I have been vegan for almost a year alr and so i thought i would check for anemia and protein levels?? :)

Yup! But to me it wasnt rly fasting cos i just woke up and my mum dragged me there....so technically it's just doing the test before bfast hahaha

2-3pm? Nowadays i eat my meals late because i get up late so my first meal of the day aka breakfast is always late - around 11am-12pm

I'm not like ppl who have the luxury of time to cook. I've to work full time, where got the free time to cook?

Then buy healthier options like qqrice? If not then just stick to caifan

i eat mostly food court's cai fan for both lunch and dinner with extra rice and 3 vegetarian dishes

You've to know that your energy level isnt entirely based on what you eat all the time - there are several other factors too for eg. sleep, lifestyle and blah even tho its true that food plays an important part! And from what I know, most people thrive on hclf diets so maybe if u wanna feel best, try cooking on ur own instead so you can cut down on oil and sodium? But tbh theres nothing wrong in eating caifan thoooo its nice and good hahaha

What are some of the food you pack for lunch and when do you prep them? How do you know if the food will keep well till lunch time? :)

Rice with curry/stir-fry veggies or pasta or just anything w rice actually....or sandwiches? I prep them the night before so Before i leave for sch I microwave them :) most food keep well until lunch time except for like dairy/cold products??

Im not even a hclf vegan but i dont rly gain lots of weight consistently...unless im rly eating a high fat diet. Maybe its a good time for you to see which diet works best for ur body? Like some people thrive on hchf diet or something idk hahaha.

Poh messaged me on IG and asked me out for a meal I think....then I met Pris once with the rest (plus hazel, poh, sarah, nicole, steph) for dinner one day so yup thats how i got to know them :) but we were all friends on social media before that alrd!
