hi cheryl! my friend who tried out veganism for 1 month told me it was DARN difficult to stay vegan omg... and i rly want to tried it out but i'm afraid i can't commit to it!! how do know what u can eat / cannot eat??

Grrrrrr most of the time people can't stay vegan because they don't have a correct reason to start in the first place! Some people do it for weight loss etc and ugh, I'll say do it for something else like ANIMALS, compassion, to support nonviolence or for your conscience. Because once you're set out to do it for something ethical it's certainly going to be something you'll do for a long time. You don't have to be vegan just because everyone else is, or if you want to lose weight because it's not a trend one should follow just because it seems like one. Do it for ethical rights if you want, because then you have no excuses not to.

One may get to study overseas (albeit just for a few sem) but someone may not even been overseas before. So work hard and make your family be proud of you because you are one mature and capable young lady :)

How to cook chocolate oats? How much water and how much chocolate?

I would suggest cooking oats with soy milk or any milk instead of water because it gives a more creamy texture and taste to it :) i think you can just add chocolates into your oats while cooking or add cocoa powder?

is it normal to be a bit bloated after eating? like waking up with a flat stomach but then not having one at the end of the day?

Dub it's PERFECTLY NORMAL girl! It's not possible to have a flat stomach at the end of everyday UNLESS you're naturally lean or if you barely eat anything hahaha. I always have a food baby :D

Not really!!!!! Oreos are vegan and there are lots of other biscuits/snacks that are vegan as well - some companies replace milk with soy so it's vegan :) it's really easy being a vegan so don't worry!

Duh ahhaha I was 160/161 in sec one, 162/163 in sec 2, 164/165 in sec 3 and 165/166 in sec 4 and now I'm 168/169 HAHAHA

I feel obese. I'm 46kg and only 162cm???

How is that obese?! I used to be at that h&w when i was sec 2 i think and I was definitely not obese or fat ?

Hmmm not really if you sit at the front and just listen to the lecturer! In jc you don't get spoon-fed at all so in lectures they teach you the things you need to know and in tutorials you're just expected to do your tutorials beforehand and go through answers etc! UTAS is fine and I'm coping okay, thanks for asking! ☺️❤️

There are both! There would be lectures and tutorials, tutorials are just classroom-based lessons (like a normal sec school classroom?) :)

I've been working on eating less restrictively, but sometimes I find that when I eat smthg I usually don't eat that is healthy (ex. dried apricots, or baby tomatoes, or soup) I feel guilty about it. N it's not that it makes my body feel bad, I just feel more full afterwards (eat more often)..advice?

Babe those foods are healthy you shouldnt feel bad about it! Nourish your soul and don't restrict :)
