It depends on the kind of rudeness, I guess, and I have a lot of patience with these things. There are people who are rude because they probably had a bad day, so when I can sense that, I can let that go.

Generally in the vicinity of 7-8 a.m. If I've had a late night or if the week has left me really tired, 9-10.
