They're getting into that midseason slump early, it looks like, as they're stretching the show to fit an entire weekend. Loved the Barney/Robin/Lily and Barney/Robin interactions, and Daphne talking in place of Lily. The Knight Vision gag was so-so, and I just straight up hated Ted's storyline right until he puts it in the big picture at the end.

What is your attitude to smoking?
I used to be such a hardass about it back when I was younger, but now... I seem to not care. I mean it still doesn't look all that good to me and I still think it isn't good for you, but I don't care as much now. Maybe my relationship with my ex would've gone a little better if I got around to smoking cigars and learning that earlier.

Oh, yeah, definitely. But you know, I realized (when I understood our lives a little more) that we had it pretty good. We had always been hovering around middle class - there were times that we were upper and there were times we were lower, but we'd always managed to get by. As I grow older and the burden on my parents grow lighter, they're going to be left with a better life because they no longer have to spend on us. They made it so. So I'm really all not that worried about my nuclear family.
Will I get them things, feed them once I have my own money? For sure. But looking at it now, it looks like it's smooth sailing as time goes on.

What was your first big disappointment?
That we weren't as rich, my house wasn't as big, and my toys weren't as cool as those of my cousins and friends I had in my childhood. Kid stuff, really.

What's a popular food you find disgusting?
Because I hate liver so much, foie gras sounds very gross in itself. But I have it on good authority that it's actually good stuff.
