How can people hear their own thoughts?

We can apparently create the appropriate signals in our brains that happen during hearing even though there is no external sound. Fascinating, huh

National Mental Health, aka National Take A God Damn Break Day. I mean it—don't do anything stressful just for a day. And then the best part is you can cash it in whenever you want, but you can only take one day off.

Why is a healthy lifestyle so trendy now?

Nobody wants to be fat-shamed, really.
But why shouldn't it be trendy? Why should it be a trend in the first place, when it could be a lot more? Why should people settle for a sub-optimal body, one that breaks down on them in many ways? The healthy lifestyle, when done right—meaning there is proper balance between the healthy and unhealthy stuff—feels great, homie. It feels great to be able to do things you normally wouldn't be able to do when you live a life of sitting on your ass.
