That abomination was the sequel to The Mask, starring Jim Carrey. The Mask is great. Son of the Mask, which is this...not so much.

There's a sadistic torturer and killer who has us captive, our best friend is dead, there's a damn tornado heading for our town to murder everyone except for that one homeless woman, and we've done bugger all to do anything about the damn tornado except for the above mentioned homeless woman because we've been wrapped up in solving a missing persons case which turned into a murder case which led to another murder being committed and a kidnapping, and the whole reason we got into that was because we were solving another similar circumstance where someone was drugged and tried to kill herself over it.
If there is someone who would be relaxed during all that you're either Hannibal Lecter or the same breed of person as him. And he was calm while eating a woman's face while she was still alive, and had her face still attached to her.
