Also, something I noticed in My Grandfather Karl: When Karl is warning Noah about Slender Man, he says that Slendy is watching "Noah's friend". Not Milo Asher, his second grandson and Noah's cousin, but "his friend". Karl's gone to the point where he can't recognize his own family. That's not good.
I was gonna mention Karl trying to kill Milo. But ran out of time. I knew Karl was losing it, and we know he preferred to find that book over saving his wife, but holy hell this escalated his determination and issues. I imagine Karl would have tried to kill Noah too but I’ve got to think the family would have taken his firearms from him. Or maybe Karl knows he’s got to give Noah the journal, hence why he just throws him out.
But yeah. The only one who has a clue about the situation, and his mind is deteriorating. Lovely.

Game of Thrones. By far. And for those Walking Dead fans, GoT has both zombies and ice zombies. All we need now is Norman Reedus.
Pretty sure that it's confirmed that Robert is alive. Remember that Noah said he "read about a dead father back from the grave". How he's come back to life is beyond me, but this might the first that we've seen him. Admittedly, I thought he was Firebrand at first.
Robert is part of Firebrand’s plan, I think that much we can assume. He did, after all, tell Noah to give the journal to him. The one thing that can protect him from The Administrator.
As to how he’s alive, maybe he never died. But it was made to look like he did. To everyone but Firebrand he was dead, hence how he’s back from the grave. Or it actually was a resurrection.

I think that question is solved by another one; is Robert somehow still alive? And if so, what bigger connection to this does he have? Firebrand has mentioned him, but Milo and Mary believe him dead.

In the hardcore ending of Slender: The Arrival, Lauren can be seen falling off the tower that she was attempting to get to earlier in the game. Pretty sure that scenario was retconned thanks to later updates, but it's still there. Maybe it's just me.
Oh. I never played it on hardcore. So that’s probably why.

Noah has always had a pool. It briefly appears during Night Recording. Adam also showed it off in some timelapse video somewhere. So yeah. Also, Milo throwing himself off a park ranger tower is a nice, subtle shout-out to Slender: The Arrival imo. Adam's a clever one.
