I presume Eric is just a random friend of Milo's who he just forgot to mention. The kid is 7 years old after all. The only other Eric I can think of who's related to the Slenderverse is the Eric from Mlanderson0, who I can't even remember anymore. Highly doubt that this Eric is him.

Good point. Probably someone random. But we'll keep an eye out and see if he reappears.

How do you deal with negative comments?

If they're constructive criticism then I listen to what is being said.
If it's just negative bull shit I just ignore it.

Oh, and before you ask: the Porgs are not that annoying. If anything, they were actually kind of forgettable compared to the other Star Wars critters. But not bad by any stretch. That goes to the double jar.

FloatingQuaker’s Profile PhotoFloatingQuaker
I've seen the movie. I just haven't gone to see it with my dad. And likely won't.
I'll agree. The porgs were completely forgettable.
If we want to keep our feed spoiler free we can private message. Up to you.

Finally saw The Last Jedi with my family. Definitely can see why it's controversial. But I enjoyed it all the same.

I was just wondering that today actually. Still have yet to get my dad to go. Not holding my breath. Largely due to asthma.
Expect an ask in mere moments.

If you could have anything you wanted for dinner tonight, what would it be?

Probably some kind of chicken. Chicken tenders maybe.

...two really bad apologies that really weren't heartfelt at all, claiming that he "didn't think" before filming, editing, and uploading the video, and promoting his Mercy or whatever. And the kicker? This guy has actually GAINED subscribers during the fallout of the backlash. Kids these days...

FloatingQuaker’s Profile PhotoFloatingQuaker
The fact he made jokes after and continued to film sickens me just as much as the fact he posted it.
Suicide is no laughing matter. It's a human life. And it's something that needs to be taken very seriously. I know I do. I've had to pull people from that edge. Thankfully I haven't failed. I dread the day I do.
I'm going to quote one of my favorite shows;
Raymond 'Red' Reddington: Have you ever seen the aftermath of a suicide bombing? [...] A nightmare. Blood, parts of people. You could tell where Safar was standing when the vest blew. It was like a perfect circle of death. There was almost nothing left of the people closest to him. [...] The closer they were to the bomber, the more horrific the effect. That's every suicide. Every single one. An act of terror perpetrated against everyone who's ever known you. Everyone who's ever loved you. The people closest to you, the ones who cherish you are the ones who suffer the most pain, the most damage.-Raymond Reddington, The Blacklist
Now imagine someone going through that, then seeing their loved one on national and international news cause of some stupid jackass.
He had no respect for the victim or their family. His channel deserves a strike, and we shouldn't pay for this shit.
If nothing else take this message. Take care of yourself, of others. There's so much bad shit in this world we need to look after one another. We can all make this world better than we found it.
Night amigo.

Yeah. And what's worse about it is that YouTube didn't jack shit about it. They just sat back and did nothing as the video shot straight to the top of the trending videos section, where it stayed there until Logan himself took the video down due to all the backlash he received. And then he made...

If I may add a small bit of dark humor, given that YouTube allowed this to happen. I was listening to the commentary track on Marble Hornets season 2, and one of the guys explained why they didn't show a murder (yes it was fake obviously) in one of their entries. He said it was cause the uploaded (Jay) wouldn't put that up nor would YouTube let you have that on there. Then he jokingly added "Or they probably would if it was real." Damned if he wasn't wrong.
This is nothing short of straight up bullshit. First of all, going to see the Suicide Forest would be a dream come true and I'd love to film there. So to have that opportunity demands respect.
Second, as ReviewTechUSA mentioned; someone told him to cut the camera and he didn't. He should have. He should have cut the camera, vacated the area and gotten in touch with local authorities and shot his stupid video later. To not do so was beyond disrespectful.
So not cutting the camera was bad enough. But then the dumbass decided to edit the video and post it to YouTube, doing literally everything possible in terms of click baiting. Thumbnail of the body and the title.
If he really wanted to discuss suicide, he should have done it professionally. He should have come on camera, told only enough of the story that kept him respectful, and then kept it serious instead of cracking jokes.
The fact that dumbasses like him and his brother are the mainstream faces of YouTube doesn't surprise me. Our society promotes stupid shit like this, and then someone takes it too far. My personal goal as a YouTuber is just to make someone laugh. To brighten at least one person's day just for a moment. If I do that, I consider myself a success. But I will never be able to compete with this fucktard. And if dumb shit like this is what it would take to compete, fuck I'm happy being small time.

I thought about the idea of Milo and Kevin accidentally entering a place like the Candleverse while staying over. Maybe there they found that game from the future and took it back with them. Seems far-fetched, but that's my idea.

It is curious.

Only the third post, and this is already becoming heartbreaking. Although that fact about Spyro the Dragon is somewhat interesting. http://maxwellarchive.blogspot.com.au/2018/01/broken.html?m=1

You know how I am with upset or hurt kids, so I'm really wishing I could go give young Milo a hug. I see a bit of why Noah has been so lost in the book.
That Spyro thing. Weird. Kevin couldn't have been possessed yet could he? So how is the game time traveling?

...and his equally dickish brother Jake Paul's every move, along with YT's selfish goals to keep themselves making money. Great way to start 2018, amirite?

FloatingQuaker’s Profile PhotoFloatingQuaker
Wait, what? He filmed a dead body in the Suicide Forest and posted it?!

If you are actually monetizing your videos, I'm sorry that YouTube has essentially screwed you. It sucks. And I'm pretty sure we can blame most of this on Logan Paul, and YouTube's incompetence.

FloatingQuaker’s Profile PhotoFloatingQuaker
I hadn't monetized them, but was considering it once I actually got back to work, even if it's a mere few cents it's something. But now I guess that decision got made for me.
Who is Logan Paul? I keep seeing his name but never bothered to read the story.

Something you should know is that Scrinarii uploaded the first few pages of Milo's journal onto the Discord. I don't know if they're still there, but I'll send them to you if you want them. It also seems Noah's just gonna upload pages at 11:11 every night until we get the whole thing.

FloatingQuaker’s Profile PhotoFloatingQuaker
I know as a reward to one of his puzzles a while back, Scri put some up. That's where I saw Kevin's name. But I think fans have noticed a discrepancy between what Scri put up and what Noah put up. Adam went on record and said Scri's was a decision that wasn't thought all the way through. So what Noah put up is the correct one.
Unless Scri did this recently in which case I'm full of shit and I'm absolutely interested.
