Mal, mungkin gara-gara you asked the exact same question to Macan, people have been spamming me with "Kent, why are you still single" questions. I got 10 so far.
So yeah, one answer to rule them all.

Sometimes I wish relationships were more like lego.
Like if it didn't work out, we could just knock it down and start all over again without anyone getting hurt.
Sadly relationships don't work that way.

Uh.
No.
Earth is just a three-dimensional spherical astronomical object which is also subject to time.
Imagine this:
Without an outside force, a piece of paper on the ground (a two-dimensional object with no height) wouldn't be able to touch your face (a three-dimensional object with height).
From this, we can deduce that a three-dimensional object would also not be able to tamper with a four-dimensional object. (And time is definitely not three-dimensional).

Then, answering your question: no. Time would not go backward if Earth suddenly spun the other way.
.
So what would happen then?
Inertia.
Imagine driving a car at 100 km/hour and then suddenly hitting the brake and putting it on reverse.
If you are wearing a seatbelt, you will probably still be alive with just a few broken ribs.
However, Earth is rotating at ~1,670 km/hour. If it suddenly braked and spun the other way,
you would hit the wall of your room (and die in a heartbeat).
Oh and your house will also be uprooted and fly clockwise.
Apart from those immediate actions, Earth's tectonic plates would also get fucked up.

TL;DR: If Earth suddenly spun the other direction, time would NOT go backward. It would fast forward you to your death, instead.

Hmm.
There are A LOT of things that would happen if you doubled the speed of light,
but the most obvious one would probably be Einstein's formula.
.
Einstein's mass-energy equivalence formula states e = mc^2, where e is energy, m is mass, and c is the speed of light.
When you double the speed of light, the new speed of light then becomes 2c.
It follows that the new energy would be equal to "m(2c)^2" or "4 mc^2" or four times the initial energy.
The energy output from the Sun will be quadrupled,
and then Earth would fry.

So yes. No good thing would happen either if the speed of light doubled.

General convention states that "who knows?" is a rhetorical question, but a question nonetheless.
So a question mark is generally /recommended/.
.
But for me, it really depends on your intonation of saying it.
For example,
"Well, who knows? Andy could have killed that dog."
"Andy could have killed that dog, who knows."
.
See the difference?
The first sentence sounds more sincerely curious about whether or not Andy killed that dog.
The second sentence sounds more sarcastic, like, the speaker was kinda sure that Andy killed that dog.
.
So yeah, to answer your question, you can use a question mark to make it sound more sincere, or you can forgo it and make it sound more sarcastic.

Out of the blue the speed of light become 0 m/s, what will happen?

Woah a rare hypothetical scientific question on my ask.fm!
Let's see.
First thing first,
light is reflected by every little thing around us, enabling us to see our surroundings.
So if the speed of light becomes zero,
photon (light particle) will then become stationary and will stop reaching our eyes, making us blind.
Simultaneously, light from the Sun will also stop reaching Earth,
causing plants to be derived of their nutrients and die.
Plants die > animals die > humans die.
.
So yeah, if, out of the blue, the speed of light becomes zero, nothing good will happen.
