Where do you meet new people?

I meet new people anytime I'm cast in anything. Which is good, because before we were acting regularly, my wife and I used to live like hermits never meeting anyone. Can't speak for everyone, but at least for me fellow actors turn out to be great friends and the best teachers.

What was the best thing you ever found on the street?

One day I found a dollar on the sidewalk, and then five dollars the next day in almost the same place. I was hoping the streak would continue with $25, but sadly I guess the person dropping cash on the ground ran out of money or got a wallet.

Can we expect you in any anime dubs in 2015?

For everything there is a first time, and it's on my list of things I would absolutely love to do. I have a friend who's a fantastic voice actor. I hear about the fun she's having in challenging roles with amazing storylines that mean something to people, and I think, "wow, I want that too!" So, the desire is certainly there, but as with everything, how soon depends on if I can find a way to audition, what the directors are looking for, scheduling, etc.

Right now I'm in the research phase. In my spare time - meaning not rehearsing for Midsummer or producing the Radio Hour, or working my day job (yes, I have one), I've been watching CHUNIBYO, ATTACK ON TITAN, and Miyazaki films. I've also been looking in on what fans and voice actors are discussing on Twitter, so hopefully I have some idea of the vocabulary and culture associated with a rich fandom. I wish I can say I've been a lifelong fan (there's a story about why), but that's not the case, so I feel I've missed out and need to be brought up to speed. But I am really enjoying what I'm watching, and I have some time coming up this summer, so fingers crossed...

What would you do if you woke up and all the other people were gone?

I'm sure I'd be a wreck for quite some time, but I'd adjust. I'd hang out a lot with my dog. Probably rescue some other pets. I'd go to the library and read up on pioneer living/survival, and see every movie or TV show I've missed before the electricity went out. Once it does I'm sure I'd become very well read. I'd move into someone's beach house.

This is all assuming of course, I'm not fighting some vampire or zombie apocalypse. In that event I doubt I'd last long enough to do all those things.

If you could have a role in any TV show, what would it be?

That said, my dog has a fangirl Doctor Who collar, which she loves. Okay, she probably doesn't give a biscuit but she doesn't mind wearing it either.

Do you believe in witches and wizards?

I believe there's a God in this universe, and as such I have to allow for the possibility of demons, witchcraft, etc, but I don't know that I've witnessed these things. There's certainly more going on in our world than can currently be explained by science. Most of my friends have heard about the unexplained incident I had once in the theatre where I frequently work.

Who is the best movie villain?

Instead of naming names, I would say the best villains are characters who don't know they're villains. Evil people don't know they're evil, they usually think their point of view is correct and that everyone else will agree once they win. So the best villains are really just misled shadows of our heroes.

I think the most memorable meals are really great ones made by friends. We're lucky enough to have a few who cook food you'd swear were made by professional chefs. Lamb shanks, oxtails, crawfish étouffée, trifle, and Italian cream cake all come to mind.
