Do you ever think about the money you don't have?

I try not to. There's an awful lot of that, after all.

Which are you: very fun or just immature? What's the difference?

Probably neither. Somewhat fun and slightly immature. Oh, who am I trying to kid? I'm a very boring human.

When was the last time you had an exam?

Unless a physical at the doctor's office counts, I think the last time was college.
Work has an occasional ice-breaker quiz, or some kind of compliance training, but nothing I would consider an exam.

Do you smoke cigarettes? If yes, what brand?

I smoke cigars socially maybe 2-3 times a year. I know nothing about brands or varieties so I rely upon aficionados to pick mine out. I've never really been into smoking cigarettes and the last time I can remember having a drag from one is circa 2004.

When was the last time you screamed and what was the reason?

I've been known to yelp when startled, but I can't remember ever screaming. I do shout a bit in the play I'm currently in.

Why do you or don't you smile back at strangers?

I smile at strangers, especially when they smile at me.
Then a split-second later I figure out the stranger was smiling at someone they knew.

Tell us about your first kiss!

We were young, in love, and did that all wrong. It was like two goldfish trying to swallow each other. Cute and hysterical in retrospect.

What was the last big mistake you made?

Allowing my phone to slip out of my pocket at Comicpalooza and then not noticing for twenty minutes. I was EXTREMELY LUCKY to get it back.

What name would you give to your ship?

Man. I don't know. I mean, Boaty McBoatface is already taken...

Name a problem leaders in your country should solve?

Climate change is a global problem and will soon be one no one will be able to ignore. Damage control will require cooperation from leaders everywhere, but the US is in the best position to lead by example as far as reducing greenhouse gases and pioneering clean energy technologies.

What was the last construction work in your house and what was that?

Ironically, workmen had to install a new furnace in our attic a few summers ago. Apparently, that's where the brains of our air conditioning unit live, and the control boards couldn't be replaced without replacing the entire furnace. I wasn't there to watch, but I understand they had to saw the old furnace to bits to get it out of our attic.

Are you polite with all the people?

I'd like to think I'm nice to everyone, but my resting face leads many to believe I'm upset with them.

What is your opinion about Brexit?

I live on the other side of the pond, but it seems like a pretty stupid decision to me. Especially frustrating are the reports of those who voted "leave," thinking the measure would never actually pass. The UK is now left with a plummeting currency, a Scotland that wants to leave more than ever, and people whose jobs depended on the EU left holding the bag.
It's scary and sad watching what appears to be xenophobia and misinformation triumph over opportunity and unity - but, of course, the UK isn't the only place where that's happening. I would like to think this would be a wake up call to the US; a warning that if you don't make an informed decision about your fate, some moron will come and make that choice for you. But I fear the only people who would heed that warning are already informed.

Best beaches close to you?

I hear Padre's nice, but I haven't been there in at least three decades, so I really couldn't tell you. Galveston is great if you like brown water.

What is the most exciting thing you plan to do this summer?

Perform one of the most difficult roles I've ever been given. Detective Sergeant Trotter in Agatha Christie's THE MOUSETRAP. If the Conroe area, come out and see us this July!

What is your opinion about rude and arrogant people?

They are the reason I won't work in a call center or in food service.
Knowing this, I do my very best not to be one of those people. Sometimes I work with rude and/or arrogant actors and it's sad and frustrating. I find that humble actors are always open to learning and working to make performances better. The talent levels of arrogant actors are sometimes high, but your talent better outweigh your attitude if you want me to want to work with you. I find it's almost never true.

What is the temperature in your city? Do you like heat?

It is currently 87°F, but with the humidity it feels like 107°af. Ugh.

Do you watch Euro 2016?

I'm not much of a sports fan, though if competitive napping were a thing here, I'd be on the Olympic team.
