Wonka bars (sadly discontinued), chocolate ginger, and Jelly Babies.
What's a silly thing that used to scare you as a kid?
My E.T. poster after dark. I loved that movie, but the thought of space aliens coming down and focusing on me kinda freaked me out at night.
Two people that flirt a lot and it's obvious that they like eachother?
Are you awake right now?
We just came off of four days of NOISES OFF performances, after a full week of dress rehearsals. This awesome show is the most cardio I've done in quite some time. So, no, not really awake.
Do you pay attention to the lyrics of songs? What is your favorite one?
I do but it would be difficult to nail down one favorite. Florence + the Machine's "All This and Heaven Too" does spring to mind though.
Do you watch culinary shows?
We watch quite a bit of MASTER CHEF, but prefer MASTER CHEF JUNIOR. The kids are quite a bit more supportive of each other than adult competitors and it's nice to see.
Your weird
My weird what?
Who was the last person that kissed you on the cheek?
My friend Brandi, but she did it in character during last night's NOISES OFF performance.
Do you go to pee during the night?
Don't we all?
Does fate exist? If so, do we have free will?
I don't know if fate exists. I'm certain we have free will in the sense that we make our own decisions and take actions upon them. But if we ever have the ability to time travel, I imagine we'll find ourselves in loops and paradoxes unable to change what's already happened while changing what's happened.
Are you afraid to fly in airplanes?
No.
The entire world stands still for one day, but not you. What do you do?
I'm sure I'd be too busy freaking out to do anything productive. Maybe watch THE TWILIGHT ZONE for pointers?
Have you ever fallen asleep during a class?
Yes, during a few university history lectures. Mercifully, my nutrition and sleep schedule are both a bit better now.
Do you agree with the saying that if you love yourself, others will love you too?
People are definitely attracted to confidence and "loving yourself" certainly contributes to that, but "loving yourself" too much tends to push others away also. I think one of the secrets to just being a decent person is finding the balance between confidence and humility.
What should be the goal of humanity?
Cease all hostilities, clean up the environment, and work together in peace. I know it sounds cheesy, but unless we learn to do that, humanity may not have a future.
When was the last time you went in a trip? Where did you go, what did you visit and what souvenirs did you buy?
Does Austin count? It was just a day trip hanging out with friends and enjoying Spider House, the Driskill, and Easy Tiger. Nothing to bring home except photos really.
What were the 3 most important things that happened to you this year?
Getting to see my sister for a few days. She lives in New Zealand, so it doesn't happen much. Getting cast in THE THREE MUSKETEERS and NOISES OFF. Editing a radio drama on my own for the first time.
What's the last movie you watched in a cinema?
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, Vol 2.
How are you so amazing in every way? I find you to be so kind and so loving and giving. You are truly a special friend to have and I feel you should know that.
Aww. Thanks. You're very kind.
What's one thing your parents do not know about you?
Nice try, Mom.
What's your favorite fashion brand?
Converse
What's a sure-fire way to get blocked?
There's a couple ways, but the primary one is expecting me to change my online behavior to fit your comfort level.Another one is being a complete stranger who posts something insulting on my profile. My profile is MY profile. If you want to have respectful debate about a subject, I might engage you. But if you're being a jerk (especially one I don't know), I'll delete your comments and block you without a second thought. Just because a post is public, it doesn't give someone permission to walk all over me. They have THEIR OWN PAGE to exercise their First Amendment right to be asinine.
