What/who do you value the most in your life?

I value happiness. By keeping this value at the center of my life, I am able to easily make decisions in the best interest of my family, my business and myself. A happy family, a happy home add up to a happy life.
I value making a difference in life and living with integrity. I always encourage people to try and make a difference in this world. If you give even just a little of yourself, you receive a lot in return. Giving is good for you, it’s good for the soul and it makes you better in everything you do.
Reputation is more important than any other skill set someone can bring to the table. It is something that takes a lifetime to build and one bad decision to destroy. Honesty and integrity are extremely important to me both personally and professionally, and I take pride in always trying to do the right thing even if it’s not easy.
I value trustworthiness and integrity. Those values shape how I conduct myself in interactions with others as well as how we operate as a business. Each of our team members embodies those values as well, which makes my job easier and much more rewarding.
Become a person others look up to, respect—want to follow. It starts with your values.

Success makes so many people hate you. I wish it wasn’t that way. It would be wonderful to enjoy success without seeing envy in the eyes of those around you.
Success attracts a lot of negative attention, its ironic how when we taste success – people around instead of being happy for us – start envying us. Maybe cause they wanted what we have – or cause they feel that they deserved it more.People have an inclination towards showing their superiority than appreciating others. We do bad and they go blah blah with all advises and their examples. We do good and they have a limited backseat role. The worst part is when – we make friends when we are low and they partways when we start doing good. The worst part is when you start seeing this envy in people who are close to you.Have you ever faced such a situation ? How did you deal with it?

I have rejoiced,
The thunders followed by the rain.
I have camouflaged,
My tears under the falling drops of pain.
It’s riveting how,
The rain can relate to me.
It can feel my pain and cry,
And can relish my glee.
Makes me wonder,
What’s the mood of the rain,
I think It’s the reflection of,
My own happiness and pain.

Can anyone explain me how this leaderboard works? Where do all the coins go? 😩

AMan_Singha’s Profile PhotoAMAN SINGHANIA
Where do all the collected COINS DISAPPEAR?
To keep the coins system up and running, similar to banks and application stores, ASK takes a commission from transactions between users. This will allow to develop the economy further.
This is how it works:
Every transaction which you make with another user (like Rewarding an answer/ exchanging coins) ASK will take a commission from the receiver. This means that you still get the full amount of reward to climb in the ranks of Leaderboard, but coins in your wallet will increase without the commission.
The commission is 10 % from the transaction and it is rounded down. The commission may vary by country and user activity.
Suppose you exchange 10,000 coins in a day then ASK will charge a commission of 1,000 from the reciever, i.e {10,000x10÷100=1,000 (10,000-1,000=9,000)} But the leaderboard will still show that you've received 10,000 coins today.
Leaderboard statistics changes everyday and ASK takes a commission from your ranking as well.
Suppose today the Leaderboard shows that you have 50,000 coins then the next day ASK will again charge a commission of 5,000 from your collected coins, i.e, {50,000x10÷100=5,000 (50,000-5,000=45,000)}
So your coins are likely to get deducted by 10% everyday and everytime you exchange coins.

What is the best thing going on in your life right now?

Dilkash20’s Profile PhotoAdv. Dilkash Rana
The best thing about my life is that I am free to make my choices. Every minute of every day is under my control, even my emotional state is subject to my thoughts. I can live any life I want right now and have anything I want as long as I work hard enough for it. This mentality, belief and mindset is one of the best things in my life. But the real best thing about my life is my parents that supports me. Every day I get to go to them, spend time with them and feel instantly loved and can share my positive emotions with them! I get to spend my life with someone I chose and that loves me and never even wants me to leave! That being said, I think what is even better about my life right now is the fact that I created something worth meaning. I have worked incredibly hard to be where I am right now and it definitely paid off! After years of working hard and doing so much I get to be here right now sharing this with you because I put in the time and effort to have this freedom right now. I appreciate everything I have done and everything that has happened to me to be able to write and coach all day! To be honest, there are so many great things that I could not limit it toone best thing. I have created a life that I love, and should there be any aspect that I do not love it will be subject to change and Iwillchange it. The best thing about my life is that I am alive and got the opportunity to experience this life.

Oh dear, you wonderful being,
The beautiful person reading this,
I’m glad for your time,
Please remember to smile.
This is just a little experiment,
To test a weird predicament,
Where people like all our answers,
Without even reading them.
Oh yes, likes make me happy.
But I want to know something,
Do people really read,
My posts till the end?
If you are really reading,
Leave any question/ thought/ quote in this thread,
I just want to see,
How many of you actually read what I write.

Do you consider the word ‘retarded’ offensive?

Technically no, you will not be considered wrong for using 'retarded' in the context you did, because the vast majority of people who are offended by the use of retard actually don't know the true definition. To retard something is to slow, delay, to hinder, to turn back, to reverse progress.
The problem with retard being considered offensive is people thinking it only applies to mentally retarded people, and that such use is only ever directed, insultingly, at such people. Ironically this very notion is itself retarded, because it displays a delay, a hindrance, a reversal of progress in understanding the meanings of words.
While being called retarded is not in itself wrong or offensive, insultingly calling someone retarded who does in fact have mental retardation is abhorrent behaviour, and should absolutely not be condoned.

Hi! Keep going! You are stronger than you think 😊💖

Be the person who breaks the cycle.
If you were judged, choose understanding.
If you were rejected, choose acceptance.
If you were shamed, choose compassion.
Be the person you needed, when you were hurting, not the person who hurt you.
Vow to be better than what broke you to heal instead of becoming bitter so you can act from your heart, not your pain.

Are women complicated? Why?

saiha4495’s Profile PhotoCY
Women aren’t complicated, instead they are the most sensible being alive on this planet.
You want women to be simple, so you can put a coin in and get companionship or s*x and instead women refuse to be anything other than individuals! How irritating. Each woman is their own unique person, instead of them all being the exact same, interchangable, buy the color you like.
Life will be ever so much more sensible when you stop thinking of women as “females” and as a commodity. Human beings are human beings. Get past that basic hurdle and the world makes more sense.

For how long have you been using ASKfm?

tahachughtai14’s Profile PhotoTaha
I have been using @askfm since its initial days, i.e, since 2013, Although it had been founded in the year 2010. I have actually witnessed how it got developed over the years. 2013 was that period when almost every Indian, be it a teenager or an adult were it's registered user. It was the time when askfm hit the limelight, and engaged about 300k users in a day. Later on it was used for cyberbullying, and competing between the users. The app somehow got down with a year or two as its users started declining every day. I have seen this app struggling hard to maintain positive environment and stop the user rate from declining. It was the time when in 2018, @askfm decided to launch askfm 2.0, and this is how the app was redesigned, as we can see now. Later on, the app came up with certain other features like shoutouts and photo polls, coins which were known as token then. Again, in the year 2019 they came up with the most overrated thing, i.e, the leaderboard that features most active users on the platform. I had been one such user who had been on top of the leaderboard from India for almost a month or so. Now the app has introduced yet another feature called VIP+ program that is maintained by the most active users on askfm. I must say that, although the app has developed over the years in its best possible way but it is still lacking behind when it comes to taking care of all of it users. People still engage in sending hates/ abusing someone, etc. That's the reason why some people consider askfm to be a worthless/ useless app. @askfm should start taking strict actions for every negative remark on this platform. The team can ask its users for worthy opinions to transform the app in a way so that people can not think about writing something hateful at all. @askfm should take a note of all the things that are happening around with its notice.
