In SM, which group have the most expensive concert ticket in Korea? coz It's just so weird in my country, SHINee concert price is waaaayyyy more expensive than SMTown, my friend said coz, SMTown is just a lipsync parody lmao

hahaha umm...I haven't been to concerts of all SM groups, but I think mostly they're the same price. Except TVXQ tickets were cheaper than the other ones I went to (SHINee and SNSD). All the rest are probably the same. Even outside of SM, most kpop concerts in Korea are about the same price (around $100).

this is a random question to be brought up but have you been to high touch events before? I'm pretty sure I remember you talking about it before but correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, this is out of pure, odd curiosity, out of SHINee whose hands are biggest/smallest and whose are softest/roughest?

Yes I've been to two high touches!
Biggest hands: Key
Smallest hands: Jonghyun
Roughest hands: Key
Softest hands: Taemin/Jonghyun
I couldn't choose between Taemin and Jonghyun because Taemin's are really pillowy and soft but I've touched Jonghyun's hands four times and they're always soooo warm and perfect T.T lol
Key's hands are by far the manliest hehe it's really sexy, actually. He has insanely long fingers TuT
I've only touched Onew's hands once (one high touch was on Pepero day so he handed giant Pepero to fans instead of high touching ^^) and they were ice cold XD it was like a shock!

Is A Pink big in Korea? I've heard from someone that their songs are being played a lot in shops and such

yeah!!! their songs are SO popular! they became really popular after Hush, I think. i remember hearing No No No SOOOOO MUCHHH OMFG like everywhere you turned it was playing in a shop. I probably heard that song in shops 10+ times per day when it came out.
As for their new song, I haven't heard it much yet. Maybe this song is less popular (No No No went a little viral in Korea lol) but in general Apink is well known here.

"swc has the same prices for all the seat" then Is there any seat number for the seating?

yes the seats are all numbered. shinee doesn't have standing/mosh in korea ^^ so you have a seat and seat number even if you're on the floor.

OMG Heidi thank you so much for the (super long) explanation ;--; I'm Asian so I don't think they'll offer me good ticket ;-; I wanna experience watching concert in Korea but I don't have time :(

don't have time? :( aww you should go to at least one concert!! it's always very good, no matter what artist you see ^^ i regret never going to a concert of a YG artist while i was in Korea.. :(

Woah, the price of SWC ticket in my county is so expensive, and smtown much more cheaper, way more cheaper T.T At the price is different, not all the same like you said before. If u grade the price, SWC>SuperShow>SMTOWN. I wish I can attend SWC in seoul T.T

haha ahhh. it's because SM knows how popular SHINee is in your country! XD smart assholes...haha.
maybe you can come to swc in korea someday :) save your money and don't give up!

i understand what my english teacher said to me,but i cant give response.i always answer her questio in bahasa indonesia.i always think"what if i use wrong grammar""what if she didnt understand what i said"what should i do?when i watch american movie why their english sound a bit weird in my ear?

aww. it's hard to use another language when you're afraid to make mistakes. i was afraid to speak korean for four or five years. but making mistakes is how you learn. that was what helped me improve the most. you have to learn to not be afraid or shy! ^^ i know it's hard but don't give up. and you will improve!

how about the security check before entering the venue i mean the concert's place? sorry for my bad english

the security check isn't that intense. they check bags though, and i think they don't allow large cameras, so you should hide them if you bring one

Why do always foreigner fans like to sold out shinee's lightstick for concerts? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

they get sold out easily ㅠㅠ in korea too

Ohh ;; Then, for Fansings? o: did u take them photos or smth like that? ㅡMb

ahhh the first time i met them at a fansign...no, you aren't allowed to take photos at fansigns if you're attending the fansign, you can only take photos if you come as a viewer and if the fansign is open (most are closed). but when I met them, they were super tired XD like zombies, actually. so they didn't talk much, and i was too nervous to use korean anyway. but the staff wrote my name in only korean instead of english, but i wanted shinee to write my name in english so i asked each of them, "can you write my name in english?" and they all did once i spelled it for them letter by letter kekeke. the only one who said something to me was key, because i was wearing a key shaped necklace and he said "you're wearing me!" XDDDDDD and it was my first time meeting them, i really died! after i sat down i couldn't stop shaking for like ages!

one of my biggest dream is attend swc in seoul but u said ticketing it so hard makes me upset at the moment btw hahaha

hahahaha yeah it's super hard. but there are other ways to get tickets. during ticketing i see so many kshawols and even fansites say that they failed ticketing XD but you can always get a ticket if you know where to look or pay extra sometimes.

I saw the stuff for Global Package, the ones you posted *__* The benefits you get seem really, really good. Do many people buy Global Package? Is it easier to get? Considering normal ticketing methods is super difficult.

theroyalsprout’s Profile Photocarrot♔
The benefits are soooo good! And well, the global package is easier to get, but you don't choose a seat or section (that is assigned randomly through a drawing the night before the concert), you just choose the package. The ONLY difference between packages is the hotel type (better hotel means higher price). So the cheaper ones sell out fast. You actually do have to go there at the exact time the sales open and grab one right away if you want it. SMTown's global package sold out faster than both SMTown Week 'The Wizard' AND SWC3 in Seoul. Because SMTown has lots of artists so there's more competition. But, only the cheap ones sell out fast. Right now there are many packages still available, but they're all $290 ~ $480 higher than the cheapest package.

The first time you see SHINee in person(?) How did u feel ;u; -sorry for bad eng lmao- ㅡMb

omg, the first time I saw them was at SMTown 2012. When they first came out I was just excited and trying not to cry, but when they performed Love Like Oxygen I started crying so much, because it was an old song and I loved SHINee since they debuted. LLO was the first song they won a music show for, and I just love that song and it brings back so many memories, so I cried a lot XDDD so many feelings. And then also Jongtae did Internet War so my brain was broken. I can't even remember the performance tbh, I just remember not believing my own eyes LOL *shaking*

Hi Heidi! I want to ask you, let's just say that I'm visiting Korea and there's SHINee's concert and I want to buy the ticket but the ticket is aready sold out (online), can I still buy the tickets on the venue or from someone who purposely sell the ticket again for those who don't have the tickets?

Yes, SM always offers tickets at the venue on the day of the concert. The tickets they offer at the venue are usually not very good though, because they only offer leftovers or open up extra (farther) sections on the sides. (BUT sometimes, if you go to buy tickets at the venue, they might sell you some good tickets that they set aside for foreigners, but I think you have to really look foreign, like if you're white, not Asian...) and to buy tickets at the venue on the day of the concert, depending on how popular it is, you probably have to line up all night. At SWC3, I think people started lining up around 8 or 10pm the night before. And the ticket booth opened at like 1pm the next day, I think....it was also very cold, it even snowed.
Besides lining up and buying tickets at the venue, you can buy tickets from people selling them online (easiest to find via Twitter), or from old guys scalping them outside the venue. But be careful of prices. I scalped a standing ticket for TVXQ that was only 88,000won, same price as the normal concert ticket. But for SHINee, people were scalping tickets for 250,000won, when the ticket was only supposed to be 99,000...so it really depends on the popularity of the concert/group.

"swc was the same price for all seats" wah really? im so envy i wish i can watch swc in seoul!

aww, maybe next time! :D swc4! save your money and come~~ ^^

Oh okay~ It sounds horrible ; AA ; yet so sad at the same time ;nn;

theroyalsprout’s Profile Photocarrot♔
yeah i hate it!! XD for swc3 i tried my hardest and only grabbed one seat, and it was a pretty bad one! so difficult. i stay away from ticketing if i can haha. another reason why i prefer the global package haha

You're not boring! Lol aww it's sad ;( I'm gonna miss your fanaccs! Will you ever go back again to kr tho? Oh anyway I actually have your kkt and I once kkt-ed you! But it was long ago tho hehe~^^

i'll go back to korea in one year! i hope :) haha oh really? i don't remember it!! ^^

I'm gonna tell you what I always tell Jonghyun when he tweets at ungodly hours of the night: GO TO SLEEP!! lol ;) <3

HAHA~ but i slept at like 8pm and i slept for 7 hours so now i'm not sleepy T_T i'll sleep soon maybe keke

(out of SM) aside from SHINee, who do you think performs best live?

within sm groups? I think TVXQ is the best live besides SHINee ^^ but unfortunately, i was never able to see TVXQ with 5 members :( but anyway, they are very good.

How hard is it to get SWC tickets in Korea compared to other SWC's in other countries?

theroyalsprout’s Profile Photocarrot♔
I'm pretty sure it's a LOT harder to get tickets in Korea. I've heard that from multiple people. Getting tickets in Korea is almost impossible, and many people fail at ticketing. The tickets are always sold out in only a few minutes, and many people can't get past the servers because too many people are flooding the system at the same time. That happened to me when I tried ticketing for SHINee's SMTown Week 'The Wizard' concert. I refreshed the page for ten minutes, and it kept telling me to try again. When I finally got through, all the seats were gone. Ticketing is a nightmare.

hi heidi eum..im kinda confuse why you buy smtown global package instead of the normal ones? are the foreign that live in SK can't buy the normal ticket? i mean the ticket only without motel acomodation etc.

Foreigners in Korea can buy concert tickets as long as they have an ARC number (alien registration number, like similar to a Korean social security number, but for foreigners). You can only get an ARC number if you have a visa and will be living in Korea for a certain amount of time, I think 6 months or longer.
I bought the global package because, even though I don't need a hotel and it's expensive, the VIP perks and extra souvenirs are worth the price. I always prefer the VIP tickets. I had VIP tickets to SHINee's The Wizard concert at SMTown Week, and I also had VIP tickets to both days of SHINee World 3 in Seoul.
