Hi now still can make smtown passport? thinking to go down next week to get it but i afraid dont have anymore haha

i heard that they're only selling until they run out... i don't think there's a set end date, so i'm not sure how long it will keep going. i went yesterday and got one, but i have no idea about today or in the future!! T_T could end this week or could end in months haha, no way to know. but it's better if you hurry~~ >< good luck!

Hello heidi, so i wondered how K-shawol think about SHINee's members and korean ppl think about them? Thank u <3

i don't really know how to reply to this! all fans love shinee the same ><

do you have spillit?

i actually had to google what that was. no, i don't have that...i've already gone through horrible bouts of depression for months due to cyberbullying i already get on ask.fm. this is good enough for me lol

hi! do you know what happened to kibum's dog coco?

Hi do you knw for the smtown passport card if you can ask a friend to register for you? Or you have to be personally there? Thanks!

I saw some people showing their IDs but she didn't ask me for mine...either it was a mistake by her or...I'm not sure actually, because I don't know why other people showed their IDs. But I guess it's worth a try, if your friend is already in the area they could go try, as long as they know your full name, bdate, nationality, and...whatever else was there I don't remember. But if they say no and you need ID to match the info, then no harm done I suppose.

hi~ do you know how many pages does SHINee baskin robbins photobook have? ><

nooo idea i'm so sorry ㅠㅠ;;

Hi! do you know how much do you have to spend to get the saem photocards? ;;

i dunno, maybe the last set of photocards was like 30,000won right? so this time it might be similar? you should probably just ask when you go in there because it might change. but tbh with those kind of things it kind of just depends on who is working at that moment. like if they do have extras, tell them you're a shinee fan and if they're nice maybe they'll give it to you cheaper as long as you're buying some products (or they might just tell you a flat price you need to spend lol *shrug*) but anyway i kinda recommend not going to myeongdong or other touristy/crowded places because they probably get a lot of foreign fans in there asking the same thing so they tend to be less nice to me T_T?? *shrug*

Thanks for the answer! I just dont really like the size of dslrs, theyre too bulky for my liking :/

ok yeah i do agree they can be pretty cumbersome to lug around and they're expensive so you gotta be all careful and agh....but yea, anyway i still recommend going to a store and trying all the cameras yourself, and you'll end up finding one that suits your tastes. there's many different features (how many times zoom, etc) so too much variety for me to recommend one thing haha~

What non-dslr camera do you recommend someone thats a total newbie in photography to use?

that depends on a lot of stuff like your personal preference, even for like the size and weight. i recommend going to some electronics stores with displays of many cameras to see which one feels best in your hands and you like the controls. some point and shoot cameras can be pretty big and clunky like dslr's, so if the size is what you don't like about a dslr then you should find a more compact point and shoot. i'm not sure the brand is going to matter that much when it comes to point and shoot cameras, the technology has reached a point where they're all pretty equally high quality. i have a small sony cybershot (idk the exact model off the top of my head) that suits my needs for the most part, but my dslr is always going to be my #1 baby lol
just curious, why specifically ask about non-dslr cameras? do you not like the price/size of dslr cameras? or just because you're a beginner at photography? because even if you're a beginner, dslr's are fairly(?) easy to get the hang of, even if you don't become some master photographer, you could still get used to using a low-end dslr just fine. all of them come with an auto setting! and a manual!! haha. and as you learn about it bit-by-bit you can start playing with the aperture and shutter speed and all the other settings, to really get the most out of your photos. (but it's just a suggestion ^^ i know that if you want something ultra-portable then you need a point and shoot, that's why i still keep mine handy haha)

A secret singapore follower here, what do you think about Singapore lol

Well! I've never been there before, but I've always heard good things, like that the food is good! Except the weather there is too hot for me ㅋㅋ But I do want to visit someday. If I was rich enough to travel wherever I want, SG would be one of the first places I'd go~ XD

Whats the smtown passport card for?

Well the passport booklet from before, you could collect a stamp at each SM concert/event, like a souvenir. I guess the card is just a card version of that. Maybe they'll start having a scanner too so you can scan your card and it will track what events you attended? Not sure 100% abt the card just yet, it's so new. But I know in the future, they will keep releasing more special events, prizes, maybe even merch, that only passport holders can receive.

so international fans cant get it?? unless they go to coex personally to get? :(

as of right now, yeah it's only available at the artium. maybe someday in the future they will hold online registration, but maybe not? don't know because the card is so new, it's still in it's first or second distribution period, so just available there in person for now

Hi Heidi~ can you explain about how much and how can we apply the smtown passport card?

It's free now! (The old passport booklet was like 15,000 because they had to print each one per person with photo). You can get it at the COEX/SMTOWN Artium, 5th floor. There's a table where you can fill out the form. Pretty sure you don't even need ID because they didn't ask me for mine. Just write your name, bday, email, etc and they give you the card right away. I still don't know if it has to be registered or something, it seemed too easy to recieve lmao. It comes with some coupons for SM stuff.

hello *-* do you know what is the difference between taiwan versions and japan versions? i want to buy jat 2013 dvd but japan version is so expensive :( taiwan version is much more cheaper.

I'm guessing that the Taiwan version booklets and etc are translated from Japanese or have an extra translation page(s) in it. And the DVD might have subtitles. It's possible that the packaging might be a little different or the DVD quality might be different, but basically they should be practically the same.

How can I get the Oh Boy magazine? Is there any specific place?

I dunno a specific place~ all I can suggest is keep looking at many places. Magazine sections in bookstores, magazine stands in the subway stations...other than that, I don't know. I haven't seen that magazine around before..

Your opinion on fans who go to a company's building?

Basically, I do not like it. Mostly I don't really appreciate when people take photos of idols there. It's different if it's an airport or an actual event where they are dressed up and prepared to be in public. Because, yes, that is their job. But the company building is meant to be a behind the scenes place, they often go and come back looking tired, sweaty, no makeup, or messy hair/clothes because they do dance practice and etc a lot in there. They do need some private time, don't you think? I don't think they like being seen in that state. For example, it's rare to see a photo from there where the idols are very happy to interact with fans. Usually they keep their head down and rush to/from the car as fast as they can. It makes me sad to even see those photos. That's why I don't go there, because I would feel way too awkward being there. I'm just not that kind of fan, I guess.
I know that many people have no other opportunity to see their idol, and I understand if fans are desperate. It's their freedom to go there if they choose. But I just hope that if fans DO go there, just please don't crowd the idols or share photos. It's a matter of respect, to not invade their personal space or personal life. I know no fan would like it if people caught them outside their workplace and then shared photos of them tired and with no makeup on the internet...I believe idols should be treated like people, not property. It's the same thing when idols vacation abroad or have free time while traveling. But hey, if a fan wants to go catch a glimpse, no one is stopping them, the world is public! I can't stop anyone from doing what they want. But each person can make their own choice whether or not they are comfortable following idols around, or sharing photos of them in their private time. That's your own moral decision. So my decision is that personally, if I am a fan of an idol, I would rather let them enjoy themselves, not make them uncomfortable at my own fault.
Idols ARE celebrities, and this is the price of fame. I know. So I can't change anyone's actions, all I can do is share my feelings about it because I was asked politely (thank you for the objective question about my personal opinion, btw). And I already know many people disagree with me on this, and that's ok too. Opinions are just opinions and everyone is entitled to their own.
But unfortunately, due to prior experiences, I have no tolerance for arguing or rudeness in my ask anymore. I already made my point, so I won't be answering any follow-ups to this. Thanks for understanding.

i'm going to korea in the summer and i wanted to be able to buy past years fan photobooks of shinee and stuff. TToTT is there a place I can buy them???

Yes! There are lots of them in one of the kpop stores in the Myeongdong underground shopping area (connected to the subway station). But there's no guarantee which ones will be available, because they're all resold, and usually there are no DVD sets or extra goods, only the photobook part. But they have quite a few older releases, for lots of different idols.

Hello can i ask do you able to get the ohboy! magazine? It's free right? I need help of korean fans to get the magazine TT TT

I don't know if it's free or not, but anyway I can't provide or sell stuff to anyone outside the country ㅠㅠ I'm sorry.

do you know the way to get into coex mall? using which station and which line?

I like to go by line 2 (green) to Samsung station. Exits 5 or 6 should both do the trick (or you can just follow the signs for Coex, they're everywhere and will point you in the best direction).
Or you could take line 9 (brown) to Bongeunsa station, which is also right at the other end of the Coex building. There's actually a debate (for religious reasons, as Bongeunsa is the name of a well-known Buddhist temple) about whether Bongeunsa station's name should be changed to Coex station instead.

hello, i want to ask you something, do you know which apartement is the most expensive apartment in gangnam?

According to Google it's the Mark Hills apartment complex in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam. The most expensive apartment in the country, it sold for 6.5 billion won last year (over $6 million USD).
