the klec is just the language school, it's like sogang's version of yonsei's kli. but i'm going to the academic program, it's to prepare you for regular korean uni. i never graduated uni yet because i took some years off haha...anyway, my end goal is to attend undergrad uni and graduate in korea.

there's how to do it, and as for the location, it's just wherever the shinee sign is. go to the venue, and the sign will be posted on a wall or pole or tree or something. it says shinee in big letters, you should be able to find it and/or there will probably be other fans there around it already so it's usually not hard to miss.

Are the fansigns open to the public usually crowded by people watching?

yep you gotta go pretty early if you want a good spot to take photos or watch. people (fans and fansites) start showing up hours beforehand.

i saw on the tlist people saying that this comeback is horror-ish?? where did they get the idea? did somewhere said something like this? because the trailer is nowhere near being scary xD

ahhh that's just an idea going around. people said the filming location of the mv is a popular place where many horror movies are filmed. so i think many fans are thinking it would be really cool/interesting if shinee came out with some kind of horror concept! (the trailer isn't scary but don't ever trust the trailer, you know how sm teasers are always completely different from the finished product haha)

My friends only just got into Kpop, I've been in it for YEARS, and they are such koreaboos. It's really embarrassing for me around other people ?? What can I do?? ???

you need to go there AS SOON as the notice goes up on shinee's official site notice board. when the notice goes up, the sign will usually go up soon after. and it's first come first serve so go asap when the notice drops.

hmmmm i guess typical round of promotions for any group is between one and two months? it could be more or less depending on, idk, the company, or other factors. for example, red velvet just promoted ice cream cake for nearly two months. so there's a general idea

very. if it's free tickets and fcfs, then be prepared to camp in line outdoors all night. during sm the ballad comeback showcase ticket lineup last year in feb, we had to sit outside for 14 hours in the snow. i got really sick that week and almost went to the hospital ㅠㅠ;; the weather is better now than feb, but still be careful if you line and stuff.

if they have an event on the 18th, well i won't really know until the exact details are released. but most comeback showcases from sm are just free, and tickets are first-come-first-serve. but yeah we won't know until details are released (if there even is an event) and that's when they'll say how/where/when to get tickets or attend.

Haha I figured that was the case. How hard is it to get into a fansigning? How many albums do you usually buy?

It's hard. I've bought no less than 5 (and five is a VERY SMALL number, it was pure heavenly luck that got me in on 5 before). For a decent chance, I would buy 30+. Even then, I've seen people buy 35 or 40 albums and still not win. It's all down to luck in the end.

Hi heidi! I have a question about fansigns. I know that fans buy a lot of cds at the designated store to get a chance to participate but are you allowed to return unopened albums after? I want to attend a fansign but won't have the money to buy a lot of albums :/

Of course not!! If that were possible then everyone would buy millions of copies! (I wish..) The only way you could save money is to sell them all to friends (or strangers) afterwards, or take preorders from people and collect the money beforehand.
