well, different people react differently. not all the same so, yes, feeling nothing is ABSOLUTELY normal.
How do you give up and move on?
well, it's actually hard to do that. ngl, it took me a very long time to accept that everything has to happen for a reason instead of making me stuck with overthinking, keeping the blame all to myself, and questioning my worth. now, i just feel numb and i don't care anymore. probably bcs with all the hurtings, feels like i don't feel the pains from the past anymore. all i have now is focusing on the present to strive for the better outcomes in the future.
How to accept and embrace the feelings when it feels wrong to do that?
well just so you know, no one is perfect in this world. everybody makes mistakes.
