Yeah they are but no way in hell should you be running or exercising in any shoes meant for walking. Even if you go into a sports shop, get the best shoes meant for walking. Don't expect it to work out during exercising more so running cos it's not meant to be. So won't recommend it for running!! For walking its good!

Yknw being vegetarian isn't nerdy or anything to laugh about. It's about making a stand in your life and a decision to help save the animals. It's is nothing funny or mockable when you are the one saving. They are in turn, the one killing and contributing to the sufferings and cruel demands to those poor animals I really don't get why they should or have any right to laugh at you for being vegetarian. Ask them to come and talk to me if they do. I will knock some sense into them.

i've watched the talk show & Valerie said that Super HA and light HA difference is just the texture and she mentioned that Asian skin needs A LOT of hydration. So even if i got oily skin, can i get the Super HA instead of the light HA since we need a lot of hydration? Will it clog cos its too heavy?
Won't clog but I don't suggest you use anything in overdosage comparable to what you need. Moderation is always good so just use what you skin needs in case it is too potent. Maybe you can use the hydrating one at night and the light hydrating one in the day
