Hi Chloe.....u say u only have 3 hour of sleep yeah? Then before u sleep u'll cleanse/tone/moisturise your face. 3 hours later u'll wake up. Within the 3 hours, does the moisturizer or what have the time to do it's 'magic'? Besides you'll do ur skincare regime twice within 3-4hour, is it gd? :)
