How is rp like as a school? I am considering to enrol in your course! Can you give me a rough idea of how your experience at rp was like? :)
Okay honestly, RP kinda sucked in my opinion.
1) The stupid long hours, and the repetitiveness of the entire charade, day in day out - Do 'what you know, what you dk, and what you need to find out' in the morning, and year 1 everyone in RP takes same module, math science, you do that for them too. Then do WS, presentation, RJ, quiz.
2) Daily attendance counts. Beside the fact 5 school days unlike other polys, you come late 1min, they degrade your 'daily grade' which drops your gpa. < not the most desirable grading system for me. I rather count by exams or projects. Unless perfect attendance is your strong suite.
3) School was esp boring for me entire 3 years. For my course in particular I think it sucked more(?) More stringent since it's supposedly the 'best in RP'.
Essentially, you wear formal wear like everyday into year 2 - 3, one module learning waitressing and another cooking in the mock-fine dining restaurant in RP, you have to dress the part etc etc! I mean the system is not for me la, but maybe you'll like it!

Hi Yvonne, if you could choose, would you go in first year in SP for any course you want, or go with second year (straight jump) in NYP but for an IT course if you have wasted 2 years in NS already? :) P/s, not a guy though ! :X
