You think v carefully.
1) Either you decide it's too disgusting to accept, and deems that it reflects on how he truly is... before getting further emotionally attached. And just end it right now.
2) You decide he is no longer what those 'sexual contents' define him as and rlly let it go than hold a 'grudge' and bask in your r/s.
