I struggling also :( haha. If you're working in an office environment, can wear body shaper/corset, cause we tend to sit a lot, may result in heavy bottom. It'd make you have better posture too :)
I drink shitloads of green tea at work and abstain from 3-in-1 coffee, soft drinks, etc, it's all sugar :)
When you're stressed, try taking slow deep breathes instead of stress-eating? :)
Before sleeping I occasionally do a 5 min afterburn exercise regime so it'd still burn (supposedly) in my sleep.

$300+(?) with touch-up used. One additional touch up is definitely necessary after the first time to fill up the holes post-peeling :) brow and beauty :)
